Financial Policies

Payment is due in full at the time services are rendered. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, American Express, DISCOVER, personal checks, and cash (please note that we do not have change so any credit will be left on your account to be used towards future services). We also offer CareCredit and ScratchPay as our payment plan options.

Hospitalized Pets

A 50% deposit is required with the remaining balance due at pick-up. If additional care is needed costs will be discussed with you.

We require a signed treatment plan for all anesthetic procedures. Please make sure to sign and return any treatment plan emailed to you before scheduling your cat’s procedure.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule all appointments (vet or tech). Appointments that are cancelled, rescheduled, or missed altogether will be charged a missed appointment fee.

Surgeries cancelled or rescheduled with less than 7 days’ notice will be charged $100 or 25% of the low end of the treatment plan (whichever is higher).

Late Policy

If you will be 10 or more minutes late to your appointment, we will need to reschedule and charge a missed appointment fee. If your cat is unwell, we may be able to accommodate a drop off appointment at additional cost. Note that drop off appointments are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
