Financial Policies

Payment is due in full at the time services are rendered. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, American Express, DISCOVER, personal checks, and cash*. We also offer CareCredit and ScratchPay as our payment plan options.

Hospitalized Pets

A 50% deposit is required with the remaining balance due at pick-up. If additional care is needed costs will be discussed with you**.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

Appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a missed appointment fee, as will appointments missed due to not showing up at all.

Surgeries cancelled or rescheduled with less than 7 days’ notice will be charged $100 or 25% of the low end of the treatment plan (whichever is higher)

* We cannot provide change at this time so cash must be exact change OR we can leave acredit on your account for future use.

** Currently, we are not requiring deposits for pets being admitted to the hospital. Paymentis due in full at time of discharge.
