Financial Policies

Payment is due in full at the time services are rendered. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, American Express, DISCOVER, personal checks, and cash*. We also offer CareCredit and ScratchPay as our payment plan options.

Hospitalized Pets

A 50% deposit is required with the remaining balance due at pick-up. If additional care is needed costs will be discussed with you**.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

Appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a missed appointment fee, as will appointments missed due to not showing up at all.

Surgeries cancelled or rescheduled with less than 7 days’ notice will be charged $100 or 25% of the low end of the treatment plan (whichever is higher)

Late Policy

If you are between 5 to 9 minutes late for your scheduled appointment there will be a $20 late fee added to your invoice. If you are more than 10 minutes late for a wellness exam we will have to reschedule your appointment to the next available date and charge a missed appointment fee (see above for our appointment cancellation policy). If you are late to a sick pet appointment we *may* be able to accommodate a drop off exam with the doctor as an urgent care appointment at an additional charge. This is subject to availability and we will reschedule and charge the missed appointment fee if we are unable to accommodate a drop off appointment.

COVID Exceptions

* We cannot provide change at this time so cash must be exact change OR we can leave acredit on your account for future use.

** Currently, we are not requiring deposits for pets being admitted to the hospital. Paymentis due in full at time of discharge.
